I called and ordered a fresh flower arangement for delivery for my mom's birthday. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and very helpful, including helping figure out the address where my mom would be staying. I did not expect my mom to be super pleased as she is very particular - she worked at, then managed a flower shop years ago. Suprise! She was thrilled! Great service and even pleased a very discerning client!! Two thumbs up!

The process was very easy to order from their website. On the day of there delivery, the owner called to let me know that there was bad weather and asked if I could change the delivery date to the next day and I told them I had no problem with that decision. I greatly appreciated the call and not to leave me unaware of the problem. Very friendly and the person loved the arrangement. Thank you for your service.

they were not able to provide wat we ordered but the shop owner called right away with a substitution idea, instead of just picking it out and not letting us know. Which was appreciated.

We sent this bouquet for a coworker whose grandma passed. She told us the flowers were beautiful and perfectly what her grandma would have loved--similar to ones she raised on her farm. Thank you for the quality product and your service.
